Ingredients for the Protein Bar Recipe Without Protein Powder
- 250 grams of oatmeal or oat flour
- 250 grams of peanuts
- 250 grams of cottage cheese (Low-salt or no-salt is recommended)
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil (Optional, you can omit if unavailable)
How to Make Homemade Protein Bars Without Protein Powder
- Use a blender to turn the oats into flour. Alternatively, you can use pre-made oat flour.
- Peel the peanuts and grind them in the blender. They don’t need to be fully ground; you can leave some chunks.
- In a large bowl, combine the oat flour, ground peanuts, honey, cottage cheese, and optional coconut oil.
- Mash the banana into a puree and add it to the mixture. Knead and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
